The meaning of ihraam:
What is meant by ihraam is the intention to enter into one
of the Hajj or 'Umrah. It is a special intention that differs from the
intention of the traveler to perform Hajj or Umrah or the intention to strip
the environment or refrain from taboo.
.
) What is not held with ihraam:
Ihram is not held if the mahram is in the case of madness or
fainting or sugar; because if this was the case, he can not imagine the
existence of the intention with the absence of his mind.
4) What is invalidated by ihraam:
If the intent of ihraam is done, then it is not invalidated
if the mahram is rebuked by Islam. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
" It is revealed to you and to those who are before you, while you are
engaged to frustrate your work ."
5) What invalidates ihraam:
The scholars unanimously agreed that ihraam invalidates
intercourse deliberately or inadvertently. If the mahram is included in the
Hajj, and before the first decomposition it is necessary for him to complete
his marriage, And then they have a pilgrimage to meet and guidance) [Narrated
by Malik in the Moutaa , and the weakness of Asanidha Ibn Almalkn].
